Students perform onstage in the Cincinnati JumpStart Theatre Showcase in 2022.

Our Story

The Educational Theatre Foundation was incorporated in 1995 as the fundraising arm for the Educational Theatre Association, the professional association that supports theatre teachers in the United States and around the world. In 2017, the ETF National Board of Trustees was assembled and tasked to launch the Foundation as a national leader in philanthropy to support equitable access to theatre education for all students

National Board of Trustees

ETF’s National Board of Trustees is a group of committed volunteers, patrons, and leaders. The mission of the board is to support ETF’s work by expanding its philanthropic potential, raising its profile, and connecting it to the entertainment industry and community nationally and internationally.
